At Chaos Co, we know you want your gear fast — so we ship all orders with Australia Post to keep your chaos moving.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING WITH AUSTRALIA POST
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post Standard or Australia Post Express depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- NSW Metro: 2–5 business days
- Interstate Metro: 3–7 business days
- Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping
- Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our socials for updates.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once parcels are handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Australia Post directly first using your tracking number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.
Chaos Co is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not currently available — but we’re working on it.
