Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Chaos Co, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange for eligible items, provided that:

  • The item was purchased at full price.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags are attached.

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return is lodged within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Chaos Co does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Items returned with signs of wear, washing, stains, odours, pet hair, makeup, fake tan, or damage will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Socks

  • Gift Cards


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange.

Store credits:

  • Are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards.


How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email hello@chaoscolabel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before a store credit or exchange is issued.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email hello@chaoscolabel.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

We will assess the item and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

If an item is confirmed as faulty, any reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf.
